Will this fit my ductwork?

Our register boxes use standard round-collar connections and come in multiple sizes (4x10 through 12x12) to fit most residential and light-commercial systems. Not sure which size you need? Email us and we'll help you measure.

What's the difference between R6 and R8 insulation?

Both control noise and condensation. R6 is our standard and covers the vast majority of homes. R8 offers higher thermal efficiency for demanding climates or where code requires it.

Can I install it myself, or do I need a contractor?

Most of our pieces install in under an hour with basic HVAC tools. If you're not comfortable working around your system, we always recommend a licensed pro.

Is everything really made in the USA?

Yes. Every piece is fabricated by hand in our Pompano Beach, Florida shop, never imported.

How fast do you ship?

Order before 2pm EST and your item dispatches the same day. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days within the continental U.S. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100.

What's your return policy?

You have 90 days to return any piece, risk-free, for a full refund with no restocking fees. See our Returns page for details.

Do you offer contractor or bulk pricing?

We do. Our Trade Program offers priority dispatch and volume pricing for licensed contractors, fabricators, and builders. Email us with your business name and what you install, and we'll set you up.
