How to return
- Email info@coolingproduct.com with your order number.
- We'll send a return label and simple instructions.
- Once it's on its way back, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
A few notes
- Pieces should be in resalable condition (uninstalled items refund fastest).
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right immediately.

Beyond the return window, every piece is backed for as long as it's installed. If it ever fails in service, we replace it — period.
